Services Provided
Lumen provides website and app design and development, business automation, AI solutions, custom systems, digital product development, and technology consulting, as described across our pages.
Project Requests
Submitting the "Start a Project" form simply starts a conversation and does not constitute a contractual commitment from either party. Final scope, cost, and timeline are set in a separate project agreement signed by both parties.
Paid Consultations
Once payment is confirmed, your consultation slot is booked automatically. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment by contacting us. Cancellations after that window may not be fully refundable — reach out to us and we'll review your case.
Payment
All payments are processed through a secure, trusted payment provider. Lumen does not store your card details on its servers.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for work delivered under a specific project are defined in a separate project agreement signed between Lumen and the client.
Limitation of Liability
Lumen works hard to deliver a reliable, high-quality service, but is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or delays outside its reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is resolved through its competent courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
