Payment Processing
When you complete payment for a consultation, your payment details are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider — Lumen never stores or directly accesses your card details.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely with a trusted cloud data provider (Supabase), with access limited to the Lumen team only.
Cookies
We use a simple cookie to remember your preferred language between visits — we do not use advertising tracking cookies.
